5. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

By using TrueFan, you agree not to:

• Use our Services for any illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Upload or generate AI content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Impersonate others, misrepresent your identity, or attempt to manipulate AI models for deceptive purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify our AI models and software.
• Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to exploit our Platform.
• Harass, threaten, or violate the rights of others through generated content.

6. Payments & Subscriptions

• Some features of TrueFan require payment. Fees, pricing, and billing details are available on our Platform.
• Subscription plans automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers; TrueFan does not store payment information.
• Refunds are provided only in exceptional cases at TrueFan's discretion.
